Scottsdale Wedding | Morgan + Jaime

It was such a beautiful day for Morgan + Jaime's Scottsdale wedding at McCormick Ranch Golf Club! The sun was shining and there was a slight breeze that made it the perfect Arizona day. We got the day started at The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch and it was a great way to start the day! The nerves were starting to come, but right as we did the first look you could tell these two were completely at ease knowing that they were about to get married :) After we got the portraits out of the way it was time to sign the Arizona marriage license and the Ketubah, the Jewish marriage contract. The Rabbi talked about the history of the Ketubah and reminded us about the importance of today. It's so easy to get wrapped up in all of the wedding planning and it was so nice to focus on the marriage and the importance of the ceremony. I think everyone got a little teary eyed during this part. They had a beautiful Scottsdale wedding ceremony overlooking the golf course and I loved seeing the traditions from the Jewish ceremony!

We had some stunning light for their portraits and they absolutely killed it! Morgan was a true gentleman and let Jaime drive the golf cart first :) I always try to plan bride and groom portraits around sunset because you cannot beat the golden light streaming through the mountains and trees.

The party got started right after that and if you are Jewish or have been to a Jewish wedding you know that means it was time for the Hora! It was so fun watching their family and friends dance around them. Everyone was smiling and laughing and it was a beautiful moment to capture :)
