Desert Engagement | Casey + Emily
Desert Engagement Photos at Phoenix Mountain Preserve Anytime I can go to a new location I go for it, so when Casey mentioned the Phoenix Mountain Preserve for their desert engagement photos I was so excited! Casey was my boss while I interned at the Diamondbacks and I wouldn't have made it without his guidance and support :) So thankful to have met such amazing people during my time there!
He and Emily are absolutely adorable together and when they asked me to capture their special day next month I couldn't say yes fast enough! They are getting married in February at McCormick Ranch and it's going to be perfect :) We got together for their desert engagement photos and just like I suspected...they killed it! It was so nice catching up with them and hearing more about the wedding. I have high expectations and no doubt that it's going to be a blast!
We strolled around the area and I have to give major props to Emily for hiking in her boots...and they weren't hiking boots ;) It was such a beautiful view getting to look out over the entire city and totally worth the walk. The clouds gave us an awesome sky and even though we didn't get a sunset they made for awesome photos! I love having the desert right at my fingertips.
